    The service provider of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal date as strictly confidential, conform to data protection laws and according to this Privacy Policy.

    This Privacy Policy shall give you a simple overview about what happens with your personal data when you visit our website. It shall inform about the data collected and how we process the data. Additionally this Privacy Policy shall inform you about the purpose of the processing of your data. It shall also inform you about your right as the data subject.

    We point out that data transmission over the internet generally may involve a security risk. Complete protection against access by third parties. To ensure the safety and confidentiality of the data transmitted via this website we use encryption per SSL over HTTPS. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the URL address of your browser changing from http:// to https:// and by the padlock sign in your status bar.

    The corresponding addressee, when using our contact forms, is the controller of the transmitted personal data. Name, address and contact information of the controller is saved and permanently available within the corresponding contact form

    3. Data Collection

    Your data can be collected, if you provide the data to us. This is in particular the case, when you use our contact forms. In such cases your data is processes within the limits of your consent and for the purpose of answering your requests. Without your express consent we will not transmit your data to a third party. In the case that you withdraw your consent or your request is answered or is settled in any other way, we will delete your personal data. In particular cases we may store your personal data for follow-up questions. Your personal data is also not deleted in so far as the erasure would contradict legal obligations.

    Data can also be collected automatically by our IT-systems when you visit and use our website. This entails your IP address, the date and time of a page view, the name of the site or file accessed, the volume of transmitted date and the information as to whether the access/request to a page was successful. We create user profile under a pseudonym. We do not establish a connection from the person behind a pseudonym to the collected user data. The data are deleted after they are used in the aforementioned manner. A permanent storage does not take place. These data are not used in a commercial manner. The purpose of the data processing and our legitimate interest as per Art 6 I f) regulation (EU) 2016/679 is a faultless provision of our website as well as a statistical evaluation and enhancement of our online presence.

    4. Right of the data subjects

    At any time you have the right to hold back or withdraw your consent regarding the processing of your data. When asked to give permission you may decline. Given consent can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. You may declare your withdrawal by sending us an e-mail, without being limited to this form of declaration.

    You are also entitled to receive information concerning the origins, recipient and the purpose of the data stored in relation to your person at any time. Additionally you have the right to the correction, barring, deletion or portability of your data.

    In the case of a breach of obligations concerning the processing of your data, you have the right to file a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority. The relevant supervisory authority in regards to data privacy is the Data Protection Commissioner of the state, in which the corresponding company (controller) has its registered office.     In so far as the controllers of the data processing have designated a data protection officer, you may find his contact information within our imprint.

    6. Cookies

    This website partly uses so called Cookies. Cookies don’t do any harm to your device and don’t transmit viruses. Cookies serve the purpose of making our website more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies are small text files placed and stored by your browser on your device.

    7.1. Matomo

    This website uses the open source analysis service of Matomo, InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand. Matomo uses cookies (see above). The information created with the help of the cookies about the use of our website is stored on our server. The IP address is truncated before storage. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them. With that we may analyze the habits of the users of our website statistically with the purpose of optimization. Providing an optimized online presence is our legitimate interest for collecting and storing your data as per Art 6 I f) regulation (EU) 2016/679.

    The data collected by the cookies is not transferred to third parties. You can prevent the storage of cookies within your browser settings; we’d like to point out, that in this case the use of our website might not be fully available.
