Nuremberg "Overview of court rulings 2019"

Legal advice

From terminations of employment and actions for protection against termination to warnings and minimum wages to the legally secure drafting of employment and termination agreements - employment law is one of the most comprehensive areas of law and is characterised by a large number of legal regulations. Because it is also strongly influenced by case law, employment law is subject to constant change. Practitioners must therefore always be well informed about how to assess the legal situation in a specific case.

Keeping an eye on current jurisdiction is not at all easy when you consider that the Federal Labour Court alone receives almost 2,000 legal cases every year and decides on most of them. Moreover, decisions of the European Court of Justice must also be taken into account.

We would like to use the Labour Law Breakfast at the beginning of the new year to look back on 2019 and give you a compact overview of all relevant changes in jurisdiction affecting individual labour law. We look forward to your participation and a lively exchange of views.
