Jacqueline Stadtelmann has many years of experience in representing and advising medium-sized to large companies in the fields of individual and collective labour law, in particular tariff and works constitution law as well as in conciliation board and arbitration proceedings. In the event of company restructuring, she represents and supports employers in their dealings with works councils and trade unions within the framework of labour and tariff law. In addition, Jacqueline Stadtelmann advises and represents our clients in all matters of individual employment law, from the drafting of employment contracts and the execution of employment relationships to the preparation of dismissals and the conduct of dismissal protection litigation.
