Nuremberg " Overview of court rulings 2019"
Hardly any other area of law is as subject to change as labour law, particularly due to the influence of jurisdiction. Practitioners must therefore always be well informed about how the legal situation in a specific case is to be assessed. Keeping an eye on current jurisdiction is not at all easy when you consider that the Federal Labour Court alone receives almost 2,000 legal cases every year and decides on most of them. Moreover, decisions of the European Court of Justice must also be taken into account.
