Lara Meisner studied law at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and passed her second state law examination in 2024. Since being admitted to the Nuremberg Bar Association in February 2025, she has been working as a lawyer for THORWART.

Having grown up in a medium-sized family business, Lara Meisner has a keen understanding of economic relationships and the challenges faced by medium-sized companies. This perspective also shapes her legal practice, which currently focuses on corporate law/M&A, restructuring advice and insolvency law, general civil and contract law, and the drafting of general terms and conditions.
