Mr. Hinkelthein advises and represents mainly medium-sized companies in almost all areas of private commercial law. One focus is on the comprehensive consulting and implementation of restructuring, reorganization and transformation projects in industry and the social economy, in trade and crafts and in a wide variety of service sectors. Mr. Hinkelthein can draw on more than 20 years of experience in insolvency law, corporate restructuring and corporate restructuring (including company transfers). In addition, Mr. Hinkelthein is active in the entire field of intellectual property law, copyright and media law as well as IT law and also has extensive procedural experience in this area.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Danny Hinkelthein gives numerous lectures and lectures at various universities. He worked as a lecturer in competition law at the Dresden International University and gave the lectures "Contract Drafting" and "Intellectual Property Law" at the Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena for many years as well as the lectures "Intellectual Property and Competition Law" and "Law and Patents" at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg. He is currently a lecturer in transformation and restructuring at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.
In addition, he is co-author of a well-known practical commentary on the HGB (Heymann, HGB, 3rd edition, vol. 3, 2019) and deputy chairman of the competition law conciliation committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of East Thuringia in Gera.
